The Word of God is replete with references to light. God spoke light into existence, Jesus said, “I am the light,” and He called His followers to be salt and light. As followers of Jesus, we are to let our light shine before men and women so that they might know and glorify our Father in heaven. Jesus is light and life. We must reflect that light and life.
