What does it mean to follow Jesus? Certainly it is more than just learning about him from his word, though it is not less than that. We believe in a robust study of God’s word. But, of course, to be a true disciple, it must drive deep down into our affections. We must learn to love him with all that we are – all our strength, soul, heart and mind!  But this is not enough either. It must also affect our priorities and what we do. Are we living on purpose for the kingdom of God?  All of these dovetail into each other but all originate in Jesus himself. To follow Jesus means that I follow him with my head, my heart, and my hands. We want to know Jesus, enjoy him, and follow him.
